Beginner's Yiddish Class
What: With experienced instructor & fellow Youngish Yiddishist, April Rosenblum
We'll sing, we'll eat, we'll design our own curses & blessings - all while practicing Yiddish basics like the past, present & future tenses, adjective endings, sentence structure, & pronunciation. Hang out in a class taught by & for young adults, & see why - far from a dead language - Yiddish is ahead of its time.
Advance knowledge of the Hebrew alphabet is great - but not required.

When: Tuesday evenings for 8 weeks, 6:30 - 8:15. October 23 through December 11, 2007
